7. No Use by Minors

You’re welcome to give us your thoughts directly at support@aibusted.com or through third-party platforms concerning errors, suggestions for betterment, ideas, issues, complaints, and anything else related to our service (“Feedback”). By doing so, you acknowledge that: (i) you will not keep or claim any intellectual property rights regarding the Feedback; (ii) our company might already be working on development ideas similar to your Feedback; (iii) Feedback will not contain any confidential information from you or others; and (iv) our company holds no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential. If transferring ownership of the Feedback isn’t legally feasible, you grant our company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferrable, irrevocable, no-cost, sub-licensable, unrestricted, and perpetual right to use Feedback in various ways and for various purposes, including copying, modifying, creating derivative works, publishing, distributing, and commercializing.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS YOU OBTAIN FROM US IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

NEITHER OUR COMPANY NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH IT GIVES ANY WARRANTY OR MAKES ANY REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF A LIABILITY IS FOUND ON OUR COMPANY’S PART, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCTS, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or pause your account and block access to our service immediately and without prior notice for any reason, solely at our discretion, including, but not limited to, any breach of the Terms.

Should you decide to terminate your account, simply stop using the service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should remain in effect after termination will do so, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and liability limitations.

17. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our service allows you to receive a refund for your most recent payment within a 3-day window from the payment date. To qualify for a refund, you need to have made a payment for our service, and the request must be sent within those 3 days. To initiate a refund, reach out to our customer support team via email at support@aibusted.com. Be sure to include your payment details and the reason for your refund request. We will examine your request and inform you of our decision within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the money will be credited back to the original payment method you used. You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or sending us an email at support@aibusted.com. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the ongoing paid period.

18. Governing Law

The laws of India will govern and interpret these Terms, regardless of any conflicting legal principles. If we don’t enforce any right or provision in these Terms, it won’t be seen as a waiver of those rights. Should any part of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will still be valid. This document is the complete agreement between us about the Service and replaces any previous agreements regarding it.

19. Changes To Service

We maintain the right to withdraw or change our Service, or any related materials we provide, whenever we choose and without prior notice. We will not be held responsible if, for any reason, the Service is entirely or partially unavailable at any time. Occasionally, we may limit access to certain areas of the Service or the whole Service to users, even for those who are registered.
